Corvette Grand Sport is the legendary American sports car with a hand-built 6.2L LS3 V8 engine with 442 HP & 580 Nm and a six-speed automatic paddle shift control. In addition to the different body components and higher, wider Z06 rear spoiler, Grand Sport Coupe differentiates itself from initial Corvette models with the Z52 Performance Package including dry-sump oil system and differential cooler, wider wheels and tires, larger Z06 brakes (6-piston front calipers and 4 piston rear), including cross-drilled 355 mm front rotors and 340 mm rear rotors, larger/stiffer anti-sway bars, stiffer springs, revised shocks, wider front and rear fenders with integrated Grand Sport badges, functional front and rear brake ducts for added brake system cooling, unique light weight forged aluminum 19-inch front and 20-inch rear wheels. It also includes dual zone climate control, power-adjustable heated auto-dimming mirrors, xenon high-intensity discharge headlamps and fog lamps. Corvette Grand Sport 3LT also have Bluetooth wireless technology for select phones, Head-Up Display, Bose® premium 9-speaker audio system, USB port and auxiliary audio input jack. Standard performance features include Active Handling, Traction Control, ABS and four-wheel disc brakes, 4 SRS airbags (front & side). In addition the 3LT package includes perforated leather Sport seats with adjustable lumbar support, side bolsters and wing adjustment seats, power-telescoping steering wheel, heated seats, Universal Home Remote and Memory Package. Cargo net and Luggage shade are also included. Low-mass materials are used, such as an aluminum cockpit structure, balsa wood floor panel and an aluminum engine block and cylinder head. Lightweight composite body panels used to form the exterior are stronger and lighter than other materials and help reduce the vehicle’s overall weight, and seriously increase potential. The panels never rust, which keeps Corvette looking timeless.
Grand Sport coupe beat every other production car with the exception of the Corvette ZR1 (very limited availability) and a special $460,000 Lamborghini Murcielago in the 2010 edition of the Car and Driver Lightning Lap at Virginia International Raceway. It lapped the circuit with a time of 2:58.8, faster than the Audi R8 V10 and the Porsche 911 Carrera S.
Has just undergone full maintenance (including oil change, filters, windshield wipers, maintained all suspension, etc.), perfect technical and visual condition, well-kept interior! Just imported from USA, Las Vegas. Two key fobs, full set of books, 5xDVD’s and accessories. Just performed a technical inspection. Awesome car!
